As Charlottesville's concierge primary care practice, we are small by design, with a maximum of 300 patients per physician. That gives our physicians the time to know you, the availability to see you quickly, and the room to focus on your long-term health.

Membership and Insurance, Working Together
The membership fee is not a payment for medical care. It is what makes the relationship possible. It covers your access, your time, and the smaller panel that allows your physician to actually know you.
Your insurance still works the same way. We bill it for your office visits, labs, and imaging, including Medicare.
