Meet Our Physicians

Dr. Paige McClincy

For more than 30 years, I’ve cared for patients with the belief that great medicine begins with time, trust, and truly listening. As a board-certified family physician, I strive to help patients stay

healthy, active, and engaged in life through thoughtful preventive care and personalized medical guidance.

I earned my medical degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed my Family Practice Residency at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Florida.

After serving four more years on active duty in Norfolk, Virginia, I left military service and moved to the Seattle area to practice for 17 years at The Everett Clinic. Over the course of my career,

I’ve developed particular interests in advanced preventive care, women’s health—including hormone replacement therapy—and strategies that support longevity and healthspan. I love

building long-term relationships with patients and believe that understanding each person’s goals, lifestyle, and priorities is essential to providing excellent care. The concierge model allows me to spend meaningful time with patients and take a proactive approach to maintaining health rather than simply reacting to illness.

My family and I moved to Charlottesville in 2021 and have enjoyed becoming part of the community. Mike and I have two grown children and currently share our home with two silly

dogs. Outside of medicine, I enjoy exercising, reading mystery and spy novels, and exploring Charlottesville’s vibrant restaurant scene.

Dr. Mike McClincy

I am a board-certified family physician with over 30 years of experience delivering comprehensive, relationship-centered care. After decades in traditional practice, I recognized the limitations of a system built around short visits and reactive care. Paige and I co-founded Rivanna Concierge Physicians to create a more effective model—one centered on time, access, and individualized care.

I earned my medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and completed residency at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Florida. While in the Navy I had the opportunity to practice in non-traditional settings. I served on a Fleet Surgical Team and later as Senior Medical Officer aboard a large amphibious assault ship—experience that demanded clinical versatility, decisive judgment, and leadership in complex environments.

Over the course of my career, I’ve developed a focused interest in lipid management and cardiovascular risk assessment using advanced lipid testing, with an emphasis on early identification and prevention. My goal is to help patients improve their health

through a combination of evidence-based medicine and practical, sustainable lifestyle strategies.

Outside of the office, I’m an avid rower on the Rivanna Reservoir (more scenic than the rowing machine in the basement). I enjoy working outside whenever the opportunity arises and of course, spending time with my family.
