Our Story

Rivanna Concierge Physicians is a physician-owned concierge primary care practice in Charlottesville, founded by Drs. Paige and Mike McClincy. After decades inside corporate medicine, they saw how short visits and reactive care leave patients underserved. They opened the practice in June 2026 to practice medicine differently, with time, direct access, and real relationships.

How We're Different

Our membership model keeps each physician's patient panel small by design. That means appointments that start at 30 minutes, same- or next-day visits, and after-hours availability for urgent medical concerns. We bill your insurance, including Medicare, for covered care, and we act as your advocate with specialists and second opinions.

We're located at 630 Peter Jefferson Parkway, Suite 135, in Charlottesville.

Our goal is simple: you leave every visit healthier than you arrived, with a clear plan and more options for good health. We work alongside you and your specialists to make sure you get what you need.

Membership
